The mold temperature machine is the mold temperature control machine, which is called differently in different industries. In the injection molding process, temperature is a very important influencing factor. For example, too high a mold temperature will make the product prone to problems such as burrs, discoloration, and difficulty in demoulding; too low a mold temperature will make the surface defects of the product increase or not easy to fill up.
On the one hand, the uneven mold temperature will greatly affect the dimensional stability of the product, resulting in a high rate of defective products, and then reduce the production efficiency. On the other hand, the service life of the mold will also cause thermal cracking of expensive steel due to the impact of supercooling and overheating, which will accelerate its aging and increase production costs.
Therefore, in order to improve quality and reduce costs, the mold temperature machine has become an inevitable condition for the production equipment.
